Full Time Payroll Administrator
We are currently seeking a full time Payroll Administrator, to join our friendly Accountancy team in Wimborne.
You will need previous payroll and SAGE experience and you must LOVE payroll. Practice payroll experience is preferred, but not essential. However you must have experience of running and managing payroll and seeing the processes through from beginning to end.
You will be managing around 250 payrolls a month for different sized businesses, mostly undertaking monthly payrolls with some weekly payrolls required.
As the Payroll Administrator you will be following processes:
- Collating and managing the client’s payroll information
- Processing through the system
- Meeting all legal requirements
- Producing payslips
- Dealing with any payroll enquiries. This involves Auto Enrolment and CIS processing.
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 pa negotiable
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:45am-5:00pm with a 45 mins lunch (37.5hours)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Benefits: Upon completion of a 3 month probation period the successful candidate will be entitled to receive Auto Enrolment, Private Health Insurance and a Parking Permit.
