An experienced bookkeeper/management accountant, who does payroll – coming from industry or General Practice.
Will have excellent working knowledge of current software and cloud-based packages, including Sage, Xero and Quickbooks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong background in bookkeeping to reconciled trial balance level and preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts and payroll production.
A good knowledge of VAT and VAT return preparation. To include annual accounting, VAT flat rate scheme, cash accounting, and retail schemes.
Your payroll experience will ideally cover payroll processing, to include a knowledge of Auto Enrolment for pensions, monthly submissions to HMRC and us.
You will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work to tight deadlines and deliver completed work to a high standard on a timely basis. But equally, will enjoy being part of a very happy team in this progressive and vibrant accounting practice.
