In a Nutshell
I am the first point of contact for our clients, answering our busy telephone lines and welcoming clients to our offices. I also am in charge of the diaries, setting up online meetings and organising the board rooms. Part of the admin team, I also assist with any support the accountants require.

Qualifications & Experience
I have over 13 years of experience in customer service. Initially as a receptionist for 5 years, I later moved into the insurance sector where I oversaw a team specializing in complaints handling, customer service, and team management.

In my spare time I love socialising with friends and keeping fit, whether it's out walking my dog or going to the gym.
